The Mckenzie Project Inc
The McKenzie Project, Inc. stands as a pioneering Black trans-led organization in South Florida, uniquely positioned as the sole Black trans-led entity in Miami-Dade County. Our mission is to uplift individuals aged 14 and above within the Black Transgender, Gender Non-Conforming, Non-Binary (TGNCNB+) community across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, with a special emphasis on addressing factors that can lead to separation from families, lack of access to education for young people, and eliminating homelessness and harmful survival strategies experienced by our community members without support. We use creative arts-based advocacy to promote HIV awareness and offer entrepreneurship studies to address economic disparities that disproportionately impact our community in relation to HIV.

New York Transgender Advocacy Group
The New York Transgender Advocacy Group is a Transgender-led organization. Our mission is to advocate for more inclusive gender-based policies that benefit Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming/Non-Binary (TGNCNB) individuals through building community leaders, educating practitioners, and influencing policy makers.
Our vision is to create an equitable society for TGNCNB people. To achieve this, we work with stakeholders around New York to train and empower the TGNCNB community to become active leaders in shaping the world around them
NYTAG has always understood that the current disparities that the TGNCNB community face are the results of historical and structural violence that can only be addressed effectively by empowering TGNCNB individuals to be effective leaders of their own communities.
